We are recruiting a Physician Assistant to join our busy General Surgery Service in the Department of Surgery. In this role you will perform the following functions: 

  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment assisting our team of Surgeons in clinic and the OR 
  • Manage your own clinic providing consults, post-op services, treatment planning, and care coordination 
  • Work closely with surgeons and work autonomously 
  • Manage not only general surgery patients, but endocrine patients with thyroid and adrenal diseases 
  • Primary job locations: Cedars Sinai Medical Center & Providence Cedars Sinai Tarzana Medical Center, Potential secondary job location: Cedars Sinai Marina del Ray  

Qualifications

Education:

  • Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies  

License/Certification:

  • Current, unrestricted California PA license. 
  • DEA license 
  • National PA certification 
  • ACLS, BLS 

Experience:

  • 1 or more years of experience in General Surgery is preferred
