How do I apply for positions at Cedars-Sinai?- Show detail
Please visit the Career Site to explore current job listings. Search jobs by entering the Job Title in the keywords section or simply click "Search" to browse all available opportunities. Be sure to apply for roles where your experience aligns with the minimum job requirements.
What is a Job Alert?- Show detail
If you do not find job openings that match your qualifications and interests, you are welcome to sign up for a Job Alert at the bottom of every page (Join our Talent Community). By signing up, you will get email and text notifications when new positions become available, allowing you to be among the first to apply for the roles you are seeking.
I found a job that interests me, what's next?- Show detail
Once you've clicked "Apply Now" follow the on-screen instructions to create an account (if you do not have one). To create an account, you must have a valid email address and/or working mobile number, depending on your preferred method of communication. You will then be prompted to answer some prescreening questions for the role and submit any supporting documentations (e.g., Resume, CV, Licenses, Certifications, etc.). Please ensure you attach an updated resume.
Do I need to apply for each position I'm interested in?- Show detail
Yes, you will need to apply to each individual position. The good news is that the system will remember some information between applications, making it quicker and easier to complete each one.
What if I forget my username or password? - Show detail
With our updated system, you will no longer need to worry about forgetting a password! When prompted to sign on, you will be sent a code (two-factor authenticate) to the email or phone number you created for your account. That code will serve as your log-in "password".
How can I verify that you have received my application and resume?- Show detail
After every submission, you will receive either a text or email (depending on your preferred method of communication) that your application was successfully completed. On your profile main page, you will see a "My Applications" tab. You can click on that to view all of your submitted applications along with the supporting documents you have attached.
Once I apply, how long does the process take? When will I be contacted?- Show detail
If your information is selected for further consideration, you will typically be contacted either by phone or email. The average time frame varies for every role. Cedars-Sinai receives an extremely large number of qualified job applicants for many of our openings. Since it's competitive, unfortunately, we cannot contact each applicant.
How can I check the status of my application/submission?- Show detail
On your profile main page, you will see the jobs that you applied to along with the status of your submission.
I am a current Cedars-Sinai employee. How do I apply for a transfer?- Show detail
For internal career opportunities (including transfers and promotions) we ask you to log onto our "Opportunity Marketplace" tile in the CS-Unify Oracle app under My Portal. Opportunity Marketplace will house all of our positions including those that are not posted on our careers site for the external population.
Can I still apply on the Cedars-Sinai external Careers site even if I am an employee?- Show detail
Although possible, we strongly encourage you to apply using the "Opportunity Marketplace" located in your Oracle account to ensure that your application is received and appropriately reviewed as an internal employee.
How long do I need to work in my current position before I am eligible for a transfer?- Show detail
An employee must have completed at least six (6) months service in their current department and be in active status (i.e., not currently on leave of absence) before being eligible for a transfer.
Does Cedars-Sinai provide U.S. Immigration VISAs?- Show detail
Cedars-Siani may provide U.S. immigration sponsorship to candidates who meet the requirements.

At Cedars-Sinai, we are dedicated to the safety, health and wellbeing of our patients and employees. This includes protecting our patients from communicable diseases, such as influenza.
