Our compensation philosophy
We offer competitive total compensation that includes pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The base pay range shown above takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This base pay range does not include our comprehensive benefits package and any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.
Pay Range: $71,094 - $265,200
Qualifications
- Ph.D. and publications in machine learning, AI, computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, data science, or related technical fields
- Proficiency in conventional machine learning and deep learning methods, and computer programming languages of Python, C , and Java, deep learning framework of Tensorflow, PyTorch, Keras, or PyCaffe.
- Expertise in statistics (particularly causal inference) is preferred
- Four (4 ) years of programming experience.
- Eligible for appointment to the appropriate academic rank in the CSMC Professorial Series.
