We are looking for a Orthopedic Bone Health Nurse Practitioner to make a lasting impact. 

  • Experience in Preventive Care: Demonstrates a strong background in outpatient preventive care, with curiosity about bone health and promoting healthy aging with osteoporosis population. 
  • Patient and Family Engagement: Comfortable collaborating closely with patients and families to develop and implement specialized treatment plans that cater to individual needs.
  • Experience in Aging/Older Patients: Possess the vital skills, knowledge, and attitude with older adults, including managing their own clinic.
  • Dedication to Education: Passionate about educating patients and families on bone health, promoting awareness and understanding.
  • Adaptability: Adjusts to the evolving needs of patients, demonstrating flexibility in approach and care strategies.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Graduated of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program required (Master of Nursing Degree).

License/Certification:

  • Current, unrestricted CA RN License.
  • Current, unrestricted California NP/NPF license.
  • DEA License (schedule 2-5).
  • National NP certification.
  • BLS.

Experience:

  • Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Ortho/Bone Health Care.
