In the role of a Registered Nurse II, you will:
- Provide and accurately detail direct and indirect patient care services to ensure patient safety, comfort, and personal hygiene.
- Educate patients on disease prevention and restorative measures.
- Coordinate medications and therapeutic agents necessary for treatment, disease prevention, or rehabilitation.
- Perform skin tests, immunizations, phlebotomy, and initiate peripheral venous access.
- Observe and assess signs and symptoms of illness, reactions to medications/treatments, and general patient behavior.
- Plan and implement individualized patient care based on observations and standardized procedures.
- Initiate emergency procedures when indicated.
- Provide care to diverse patient populations, taking into account cultural, spiritual, age, psychosocial, and other specific needs.
- Identify and assess patient safety concerns and implement appropriate interventions.
Qualifications
Education:
- Associate's degree in Nursing (required).
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred).
Licenses/Certifications:
- Current and valid CA RN license is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS/ALS) certification is required.
Experience:
- One (1) year of acute care experience in PreOp/PACU(required).

Our compensation philosophy
We offer a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base pay range shown generally applies to the greater Los Angeles area and may vary based on work location. Our range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including knowledge/skills: relevant experience and training, education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors.
