What you will be doing in this role:
The Grants Manager oversees the grant operations processes for all pre and post grant activities. The Grants Manager is responsible for providing support and coordination for all grant related activities and processes, which includes but is not limited to, collecting and reviewing grant materials and collaborating with internal and external partners on processing, administering and monitoring the grant:
- Oversees processing of grants upon hand-off from Program Officer(s) to a fully executed grant agreement
- Provides support for pre/post activities throughout the grant life cycle.
- Implements and monitors grant.
- Monitors, enters, and processes grant related reports.
- Oversees all aspects of report building. Works with other members of staff, Finance and EIS on reporting and data analysis. Assists with preparing various financial reports as needed and updates tracking sheets.
- Provides planning, project management and analytical support as needed. Analyzes business data and create dashboards and visual documentation to track processes.
- Responds to grant data requests and inquiries from internal audiences, including preparation of reports.
- Assists in the preparation of presentation materials for leadership and Board meetings.
- Designs, monitors and maintains automated workflows and processes, including dashboards, forms, templates, and reports.
- Manages roadmap planning for grant.
This is a grant funded position, and we are pending approval of the grant funding.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in business, public relations, communications or another relevant major preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of work-related experience or commensurate philanthropic experience required.
Successful candidates will possess superior analytical and project management skills, strong independent judgment, and a track record of performing high-caliber work, while exhibiting diplomacy, grace under time pressure, and a collaborative spirit.
