Jaryd Hochberger

RN, BSN

"I am a product of Cedars Sinai’s commitment to supporting nurses. I was the organization’s first Transition to Practice RN hire. When many other academic hospitals did not like to hire nurses without an acute background, Cedars Sinai saw it as an opportunity. They provided not only skills and learning opportunities to help me care for our patients but also provided mentorship that has shaped the professional I am today. Since the day they hired me, I have participated in multiple organization-wide initiatives and represented the organization. For me, Cedars Sinai not only supports its nurses, but also makes tomorrow’s healthcare leaders."
