What will you be doing in this role:
The Junior Web Product Manager will be part of the Digital Channel Strategy team and will support functions across the web team to deliver high-quality experiences to users. This position contributes to maintaining the organization's reputation as a highly visible, innovative, digitally-savvy, and customer-centric healthcare organization.
- Assists in delivery of innovative digital solutions, developing understanding of user personas, difficulties, and customer journeys.
- Supports web product team in translation of user needs and business problems into clearly understood solutions and product requirements.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams including digital marketing, web development, and design to find quick, effective solutions.
- Tracks project milestones and communicates progress to collaborators and leadership.
- Maintains comprehensive product documentation and project status reports.
- Authors and manages digital content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to support product initiatives and user experiences.
- Develops feature lists, user stories, and roadmap components.
- Champions MVP concepts, working to identify what is desirable, viable and feasible.
- Contributes to discovery, product goals and KPIs with mentorship from senior team members.
- Supports performance monitoring and reporting on product metrics.
- Develops expertise in assigned products, relevant technology, and competitive landscape.
- Supports monitoring and evaluation of market competition by comparing organizational digital products to competitor.

Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
Three (3) plus years of experience in web production, product management, digital project management, or related role.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and documentation platforms.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar content management systems.
Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, preferred.

We offer competitive total compensation that includes pay, benefits, and other recognition programs for our employees. The base pay range shown above takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors.
