A Little More About What You Will be DoingThe Project Coordinator is responsible for administering and organizing all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans, as well as coordinating and preparing for various recurring meetings, all under the guidance of a supervising Project Manager, Medical Director, and the Chief Operating Officer. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working closely with management to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, time frames and budgets for projects, various tasks such as coordinating schedules and administrative duties, maintaining project documentation, and handling financial and other data queries. The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that assigned projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards. In this role, they are responsible for supporting programmatic development, program and project management, data tracking and analysis, quality assurance, troubleshooting related to department specific projects, coordinating communications across the Medical Network, facilitating employee engagement and leadership rounding efforts, and other special projects as directed by Project Manager, Medical Director, and Chief Operating Officer.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Supports initiatives around program development related but not limited to new and emerging programs, patient experience, technology adoption and virtual services implementation, and clinical quality and efficiency initiatives.
- Assists in the operational design, implementation, measurement and maintenance of emerging programs and initiatives, projects, or other business opportunities, including analysis and development of workflows, process improvement opportunities, monitoring and on-going assessment.
- Assists with the identification, retrieval, and analysis of data necessary to make decisions to support new programs and initiatives. Where appropriate, conducts and summarizes market research in support of programs and initiatives.
- Supports the management of the patient satisfaction surveying process for CSMN.
- Supports the implementation of experience design work for CSMN.
- Assists in the management of operational onboarding of new programs and practices for CSMN.
- Assures that clients' needs are met as projects evolve.
- Monitors project progress and address or escalates any issues that arise.
- Acts as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Uses appropriate tools to monitor project, plans and expenditures.
- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Conduct market research, prepare studies and compelling cases and recommendation to support program. Conduct and summarize research in support of any or all programs.
- Create basic tables and organize and present data to project team.
- Coordinates needed meetings, including draft agendas and accurate note taking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or related field required
- 2 years of related administrative and/or management experience inclusive of project management, performance improvement and strategic planning.
- Cert Associate In Project Management preferred

We offer competitive total compensation that includes pay, benefits, and other recognition programs for our employees. The base pay range shown above takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors.
