What you will be doing: The Manager, Voice Networks manages the staff responsible for major technology projects, Facility Master Plan moves, new construction, cabling and design/implementation of all telecommunications projects. This role is responsible for the development and analysis of complex technology RFPs and vendor management, including the development of benchmark measurements of performance for all areas within the identified scope of responsibility. The Manager is responsible for the development of all requirements/needs and identification of systems and/or tools to achieve successful departmental relocations with positive outcomes identified by thoroughness, anticipated impact and financial performance, as well as for post-installation review of data and customer perception to insure objectives continue to be achieved. - Manages vendor relationships/performance including preparation of detailed Statements of Work, appropriate competitive bidding, contract analysis, vendor and contractor management to insure timely and cost- effective completion. - Develops and implements performance benchmarks for vendors and staff to ensure that service delivery is achieved in an efficient and timely manner. - Manage assigned budget(s) (develop, track, maintain) - Institutes proactive measures to ensure projects and expenses are within organizational requirements. - Accountable for the anticipation of user needs that will be driven by departmental relocations. Accountable for the recommendation, design and implementation of applications that enhance the ability of departments to deliver service to their patients and staff - Participates in the development of standards and guidelines for the availability of service throughout the health system, identifying unusual applications and needs for assessment. Recommends variations from standards and guidelines, when appropriate, to improve service. - Responsible for hiring, onboarding, managing schedules, personnel actions, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans. - Plans, leads, and directs work of staff to ensure goals and objectives are completed.

We offer competitive total compensation that includes pay, benefits, and other recognition programs for our employees. The base pay range shown above takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors.
