What you will be doing: The ERP Business Systems Analyst is the functional subject matter expert to the Finance, HR, and Payroll departments. Will be responsible for maintenance and ongoing optimization of the Oracle Cloud HCM application for Cedars-Sinai. This position will serve as the liaison for the functional department throughout the development and implementation phases. - Support for Oracle Cloud HCM, with a particular focus on Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Compensation & Payroll modules. - Independently or with Change Management coordinates communications and collaborates with the business owner’s department stakeholders to establish project timelines and implementation milestones to achieve maximum utilization of systems. Demonstrates ability to follow up to implement, coordinate and complete these responsibilities accurately within the specified time frame. - Responsible for application functional configuration and maintaining lifecycle support ERP applications and associated third-party systems. - Based on core knowledge of application and operational requirements can translate requirements/concepts into functionality via the creation / maintenance of appliable functional designs - Assigned to various work/projects and demonstrates an ability to successfully complete assigned tasks/assignments, proactively communicate with manager/director to prioritize workflow and mitigate risks, track issues, provide solution-oriented escalation, and understand project management methodologies. - Facilitates end-user/business owner needs into system specifications and configuration requirements - Follows procedures for application change control using Service Center for design, configuration, development, testing, and migration of various integration points, reports, user apps security, and process flows for ERP applications and associated systems in cloud or on-premise. - Adept with the preparation of specifications, work plans, and documentation for technical change management, upgrades, and migration of ERP applications.

We offer competitive total compensation that includes pay, benefits, and other recognition programs for our employees. The base pay range shown above takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors.
