Tell me about the role:

This Accounts Payable (A/P) position is responsible for processing all invoices for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner. The position also includes handling vendor inquiries, check reimbursements and any employee loans. In this role you will:

  • Provide first level customer service.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing Accounts Payable mail (electronic and paper).
  • Deliver checks to Cedars-Sinai locations.
  • Scan invoices, tax forms, and other documents.
  • Maintain Accounts Payable files.
  • Assist Accounts Payable team with maintaining equipment and ordering supplies.
  • Assist with the triage of incoming e-mailed invoices.

Qualifications

Requirements:  

High School diploma or GED required. AA or BA degree a plus.

A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a business office environment required.

Accounts Payable or Supply Chain experience preferred. 

Good Excel and Outlook skills. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
